The Language We Speak

When everything is interconnected, how do we find the right place to intervene and make meaningful changes?

Language seems to be a good place to do so.

The words we use are both the result and the instigator of our reality.

When we are not feeling good, we might choose to use words that represent that reality. In this case, our language shows how we are feeling.

But then, we could also choose our words intentionally to create the reality we want. If we want to live a beautiful day, we could consciously choose to speak words that associate with beauty in our daily conversations with others and ourselves.

Could language be a good place to start in creating the reality we want?
