Too many programs run our lives.
A sacred time is needed every day just to give our core program a chance to surface. So we may be aware of our uniqueness, and our individuality as we learn to merge with everyone else to live in this world.
Our core program is unique to us like our fingerprints. Nobody else has it. Which is why nobody else can tell or teach us what it is. This is something we must discover.
And that discovery happens during our sacred time. It happens when we practice saying no to everything else and protecting that time and space for us. So we may explore, experiment, and learn who we are and who we are becoming.
We are the temple. We are the church. We are the monastery. What we need is inside us, just like seeds that grow into humongous trees. When we spend time with ourselves with intentionality, care, appreciation, and sacredness, we honor ourselves.
We must design, create and protect our environment so our core can express.
This self-honor is imperative to our purpose, well-being, and growth. It is how we shine.
